In preparation for Hurricane Irma, Mary with her background in the US Coast Guard and emergency planning, surveyed the neighborhood and collected a list of those staying and those evacuating.  She also did a damage and safety check as the hurricane passed and helped coordinate the post-hurricane cleanup where many of the neighbors pitched in to clean the streets, common areas and neighbor's yards.  Since everyone thought this was so useful, we are automating the collection of this emergency data with a a form on this Web site with all data remaining confidential and for use by our neighborhood only in case of a hurricane.  We will activate the form only when a hurricane warning is in effect and the data will be removed once the emergency has passed.
