Heather Downs is responsible for the maintenance of our roadways.  They were overlaid in 2002 and were beginning to show severe signs of wear over the past few years.  In 2020 we had our roads milled down to below curb level removing all of the 2002 material and a good 3/4" of the original surface.  The milled road was oiled and then resurfaced with new asphalt.  The expense was paid out of our reserves which we have been accumulating for this project.  We got 18 years out of the last surface, hopefully we can get another 15-20 years with this new surface.  There are some "before" and after pictures as well as the whole process.
