The Heather Downs Neighborhood Association, Inc. represents 32 single-family homeowners in the Hunter's Green Community located in the New Tampa area off of Bruce B Downs Boulevard close to I-75.  We are one of the smallest of the 24 neighborhoods within Hunter's Green.  Heather Downs is within the city limits of Tampa, Florida.

We are registered as a not-for-profit organization with the State of Florida.  Our registration number is N27820 with the  Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations (www.sunbiz.org).

Heather Downs is a self-managed community with an annually-elected board of directors currently with 7 board members elected in December.  Our fiscal year begins February 1 of every year.   The annual budget is approved by the board in December and annual assessments are due by January 31.  We are responsible for our common areas including the street lights, landscaping, roads and storm sewers.
